The short version: write to support@virtueneuro.com. One person reads that mailbox and answers every message, usually within one business day. There is no ticket queue, no bot and no phone tree. For anything about your data or deleting your account, write to privacy@virtueneuro.com instead.

Write from the email address on your account where you can — it is how we confirm a request is yours, and for data and deletion requests we cannot act without it.
A purchase from us appears on your card statement as VIRTUENEURO LLC*VOPTI, sometimes followed by our phone number and country code. VirtueNeuro LLC is the company; vopti is the app. If the company name is unfamiliar, that is why — you bought the app, and the bank shows the company.
If you do not recognise a charge, email us before disputing it. We can identify it, explain it, and refund it far faster than a bank dispute can, and a dispute locks the money for weeks while it is investigated. Send the date and the amount; you do not need to send your card number, and you should not.
vopti access is prepaid for a fixed term and does not renew. There is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge to stop — when the term ends, access simply lapses until you buy another. Terms, prices and refunds are set out in billing and refunds.
Purchases are made on the web, at vopti.virtueneuro.com, not inside the mobile app. If you paid and your access did not turn on, reload that page while signed in — it activates on return from checkout. If it is still locked, email us with the date and amount and we will activate it by hand.
hedqe is free, has no accounts, and never asks for anything. Every module computes on your device and works with no network connection, so there is nothing to sign in to and nothing to bill. Support is this same email address. It supplies no market data and gives no investment advice — it shows the formula it evaluated and the number it produced.
You can delete your vopti account yourself from Settings → Delete Account, and individual entries at any time without deleting the account. The full instructions, including what is deleted and what is kept, are on Delete your account. What we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.
We answer support email within one business day in the ordinary case, and we do not leave anything longer than three. Data and deletion requests are actioned within 30 days as the Privacy Policy requires, and in practice far sooner. We write in English and Spanish — escríbanos en español si lo prefiere.
