Delete your account

1. Deleting from inside the app

This is the fastest route and it is entirely self-service — no request, no waiting on us.

• Open vopti and sign in.
• Go to Settings (Ajustes in Spanish).
• Choose Delete Account (Eliminar Cuenta).
• Confirm when asked. This cannot be undone.

2. Deleting individual entries, keeping your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside vopti you can delete individual records whenever you like, and the deletion is immediate — there is nothing to request and nobody to wait on.

• Food logs — remove a single entry, or clear a whole meal from your day.
• Workout logs — delete logged sets and sessions.
• Meal templates and saved workout plans — delete any you created.

Your account, profile and settings are left untouched when you do this. If there is a category of data you want removed and cannot delete yourself, write to privacy@virtueneuro.com and we will do it for you.

3. Deleting by email

If you have lost access to the app or can no longer sign in, write to privacy@virtueneuro.com from the email address on the account — that is how we confirm the request is yours, and we cannot act on a request from another address. Say that you want your account deleted; you do not need to give a reason.

We action these requests within 30 days, and in practice far sooner. You will get a confirmation once it is done.

4. What is deleted

Everything tied to your account is deleted, not merely deactivated or hidden:

• your account and sign-in credentials;
• your profile and settings, including language and units;
• your nutrition, exercise-volume and body-metric entries, and any cycle-tracking data;
• any feedback you submitted from inside the app.

5. What is kept, and why

Two narrow exceptions, both required of us rather than chosen by us:

• Records we are legally required to retain — billing and tax records for any subscription you purchased, kept for the period the law requires and used for nothing else.
• Backups — deleted data may persist in encrypted operational backups for up to 30 days before those backups roll over. It is not accessible in the app and is not used for any purpose during that window.

Nothing else is retained, and nothing is retained in a form that identifies you once the above have expired.

6. Paid access

vopti access is prepaid for a fixed term and does not renew, so there is no subscription to cancel and no recurring charge to stop — see billing and refunds. Deleting your account simply ends the access you have already paid for, and remaining days are not refunded automatically. If you have just bought a term and want to delete your account anyway, write to support@virtueneuro.com before you delete and we will sort out the refund first.

7. hedqe

hedqe has no accounts and stores nothing about you. It runs entirely on your device and every module computes offline, so there is no account to delete and nothing to request. Uninstalling the app removes everything it ever held.
