The short version: vopti costs $1.99 for a month or $19.99 for a year, bought on
this website as a one-off payment that does not renew. hedqe is free. Both are tools, not advice — vopti is not a doctor and hedqe is not a
financial advisor. Don't abuse the services, and your data stays yours.
1. Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and VirtueNeuro LLC ("VirtueNeuro", "we"), a
United States limited liability company. They apply to the website
www.virtueneuro.com and the applications vopti and
hedqe on iOS, Android, and the web (together, the "Services"). By creating an account,
subscribing, or using the Services, you accept these terms and our
Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
2. The Services
vopti — a nutrition and training-volume optimizer: a body-composition simulator,
an optimizer, and a coach, driven by the inputs you provide. Paid subscription.
hedqe — an educational and analytical finance lab (bond pricing, valuation,
portfolios, options, risk) that computes on numbers you enter. Free.
VirtueNeuro Research — papers and articles published under the Creative Commons
Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0); that license, not these terms, governs their reuse.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age your jurisdiction
sets) and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at
privacy@virtueneuro.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You can delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing us; deletion is handled as
described in the Privacy Policy.
4. vopti access, billing and refunds
Price: USD $1.99 for one month or $19.99 for
twelve months, plus any applicable taxes. Purchased only on this website, processed
by Stripe.
One payment, no renewal: each purchase is a single charge that unlocks a fixed
term of access. Nothing renews automatically, and we never charge you again without
a new purchase you make yourself. A one-month term runs 30 days and the twelve-month term runs a full
365 days, counted from the moment your payment completes.
When a term ends: paid features stop and your account returns to its free state.
Your data is not deleted and your account stays open. To continue, buy another term whenever you
like — there is no penalty for a gap.
Cancellation: there is nothing to cancel, because there is no recurring charge.
Stopping means simply not buying again. If you also want your account and data removed, see
Delete your account.
Refunds: if you have just bought a term and something is wrong, write to
support@virtueneuro.com — we would rather fix it or
refund it than have you dispute the charge. Beyond what applicable
consumer law requires (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in some jurisdictions), a term you
have substantially used is not refunded pro rata. Please contact us before disputing a charge; we fix
genuine mistakes.
Price changes: prices may change at any time, but a change never affects a term
you have already paid for. It applies only to purchases made after it takes effect.
The mobile apps sell nothing. They are free viewers: you sign in with the account
you created here. Apple and Google are not party to your subscription, receive no payment from it, and
have no responsibility for the Services; where you downloaded an app through their stores, their store
terms also apply to the download itself.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law with the Services; probe, breach, or overload our systems; access
other users' data; scrape, resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services; reverse engineer the apps
except where the law grants that right regardless of contract; or upload malicious code. We may suspend
or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
6. Your content and our IP
Your data stays yours. You own the inputs and content you provide. You grant us
only the license needed to host, process, back up, and display it to you — that is, to run the
Services.
We own the Services. The apps, website, brand, and all software and content
(except your data and CC BY research) belong to VirtueNeuro LLC. We grant you a personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services while these terms are in
force.
Feedback you send us may be used without obligation or attribution.
7. Not medical advice. Not investment advice.
vopti provides general wellness computation on data you enter. It is
not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult
a qualified health professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a
medical condition. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
hedqe is educational and analytical tooling
only. It provides no investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, no
recommendations, and no solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Its outputs are only as good as
your inputs and its documented models. We are not your broker, advisor, or fiduciary. Investment
decisions and their consequences are entirely yours.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any
kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and
non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill; and our total liability for
all claims relating to the Services is capped at the greater of USD $50 or the amounts
you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain
exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these terms excludes
liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate
access for breach of these terms, legal necessity, or discontinuation of a Service (with reasonable
notice and, for paid periods not delivered, a pro-rata refund). Sections 6–8 and 10–11 survive
termination.
10. Changes
We may update the Services and these terms. For material changes we will give notice (in the app, by
email, or on this page) at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that is
acceptance. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where
VirtueNeuro LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in
the state or federal courts located in Wyoming — except that consumers in jurisdictions with mandatory
local consumer protections and venues keep those rights.
