The short version: vopti costs $1.99/month or $19.99/year, billed on this website, cancel anytime. hedqe is free. Both are tools, not advice — vopti is not a doctor and hedqe is not a financial advisor. Don't abuse the services, and your data stays yours.
These terms are a contract between you and VirtueNeuro LLC ("VirtueNeuro", "we"), a United States limited liability company. They apply to the website www.virtueneuro.com and the applications vopti and hedqe on iOS, Android, and the web (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
You agree not to: break the law with the Services; probe, breach, or overload our systems; access other users' data; scrape, resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services; reverse engineer the apps except where the law grants that right regardless of contract; or upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
vopti provides general wellness computation on data you enter. It is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional before changing your diet or training, especially if you have a medical condition. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
hedqe is educational and analytical tooling only. It provides no investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, no recommendations, and no solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Its outputs are only as good as your inputs and its documented models. We are not your broker, advisor, or fiduciary. Investment decisions and their consequences are entirely yours.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill; and our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is capped at the greater of USD $50 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the Services or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal necessity, or discontinuation of a Service (with reasonable notice and, for paid periods not delivered, a pro-rata refund). Sections 6–8 and 10–11 survive termination.
We may update the Services and these terms. For material changes we will give notice (in the app, by email, or on this page) at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that is acceptance. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where VirtueNeuro LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming — except that consumers in jurisdictions with mandatory local consumer protections and venues keep those rights. Before any formal dispute, contact us at privacy@virtueneuro.com — most issues are resolved in one email.
